Sign out, sign in again, wait about one minute, then try again The grace period is applied per sign-in session. Some older sessions that were previously flagged for re-verification are not released automatically, so enrollment keeps asking you to wait in that session. Signing in again creates a new session, which is released within about a minute; refresh the account settings page and you can enroll. The grace period runs until Oct 15, 23:59 (UTC+8).
